EYFS assembly
Fri 23 May 2025We were so proud of the way the EYFS children worked on their assembly about Spring on Thursday. They had worked hard to learn lots about the topic and were able to show their learning in song, poetry and dance. We must give a special mention to all those that spoke their lines so clearly and confidently at their first ever assembly. Well done to you all.

Hospital Day
Fri 23 May 2025Year 2 had a wonderful role play day, exploring what it would be like in Scutari hospital during the Crimea war compared to our modern hospital today. The Scutari hospital experience involved the children chasing rats off the ward, cleaning floors, making herbal remedies and lamps, writing application forms to work at the hospital using quills and ink and of course caring for soldiers on beds of straw. Great fun was had by all. A Florence Nightingale play led by the pupils ended the day on a wonderful note.
Children noticed the differences in the modern hospital and worked hard to keep it clean and hygienic whilst having lots of fun. It was lovely to see some incredibly caring and nurturing play which is a great sign for our future healthcare professionals.

Clewer Green alumni
Fri 02 May 2025This morning a group of Windsor Boys and Windsor Girls, who were previous students at Clewer Green, came back to Clewer to share the music opportunities that they have at TWBS and TWGS. It was so lovely to see them and hear them playing and singing. This event was a great example of collaboration across WLP schools, showing how older students can contribute to their wider school community. It also helps to inspire the younger pupils, who were excited to see what they might be able to achieve in the future. Thank you to Mr. Manwaring, and William Branch, for organising such a lovely event.
