Absence

If your child is ill, you are required to notify the school before 9.30am each day giving a reason for absence via our school email address office@clewergreen.org.uk. If we do not receive written confirmation of your child's absence it will be recorded as un-authorised.

If your child has been sick, or had an upset stomach, they will need to have 48 hours off school from when the symptoms have ceased, before they can come back to school.

GP appointment/Dental appointments

Please can we request booking of routine dental or GP appointments outside of school hours. If your child does have an appointment during school time, we will ask for proof of appointment which can be either text or confirmation email from the dental practice or GP surgery.
