We have been royally busy! - 26 May 2022

Our decade of the Queen's reign to learn about was the 1950s. We found out about her coronation in 1953. Viking Class made stamps to show the crown she wore on her way to the coronation which is the crown we see on stamps today.

We made art sculptures inspired by the making and selling of plastic hula hoops in 1958, these were so popular selling around 100 million in one year.

We have been so busy preparing our classroom for the Platinum Jubilee Celebrations. Look how fantastic it looks!
