Our Bake Off final cakes this year were exceptional, which made it very hard to judge. All four children had clearly thought carefully about their recipes, and the winning cake was a tropical island, with sand and palm trees, which tasted beautifully of pineapple. Congratulations to Sebastian for being our Star Baker this year!
