After a very tricky, completely anonymous, tasting, Isla was crowned this year’s Bake Off winner. Such a delicious, light sponge, biscoff buttercream and crushed biscoff biscuit coating! (Isla kindly donated it to the Staffroom after her win and it didn’t last long!!)
