Yesterday, all the children in Years 1 - 4, walked down to church to celebrate Harvest. The children sang songs and said the prayers which they had written themselves. We spent time reflecting on the importance of remembering where our food comes from, remembering to say thank you to those who provide our food and having faith that God will provide for our needs.

Our focus was the bible verse John 6 verse 35: Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty."

We would like to thank you for all the donations which we will pass on to the local FoodShare. Thank you too, to all the parents who helped walk the children down to church; it is very much appreciated.
